Ryson: High Capacity Spiral Conveyors

Requiring less floor space than conventional conveyors, a new line of high capacity spiral conveyors is low maintenance and features proprietary modular construction for cost-effective reconfiguring.

The conveyors handle twice the weight capacity of the supplier’s standard spirals—up to 3,600 pounds total—at speeds in excess of 200 feet per minute. For energy savings, only one drive motor is required.

Optionally, the units can be configured with induction or divert out conveyors equipped with an individually adjustable conveying surface to match the spiral pitch that allows loads to enter or exit at intermediate elevations.
