For paperless order picking, the DynaPick pick-to-light system by SDI Group is ideal for high-density, high-volume fulfillment.
The system includes light display modules—mounted to each pick location on a flow rack, shelving unit or storage structure—with a digital display that indicates the number of units to be picked and push buttons for pick confirmations and exception handling. When an order is inducted, the corresponding lights illuminate with the required quantity, directing the order picker’s attention to locations where picks are required.
The system supports bi-directional communications with WMS and/or ERP systems for real-time exception handling, order tracking, verification and status updates. It also includes built-in order checking, status confirmation, maintenance and diagnostics.
