Holjeron: ZoneLinkTC Controller for Motor Driven Roller Conveyors

The ZoneLinkTC controller for motor driven roller conveyors is capable of operating in a stand-alone mode—no supervisory programmable logic controller or computer required.

The device enables traditional zero-pressure accumulation operation, train/release or configurable zone parameters with minimal human intervention. Its smart capabilities accommodate multiple device connections and control directly on the device, making it easier and faster to commission a new system or to modify an existing line.

Features include an integrated, LED-display with scrolling menu of configuration items and two user-config¬urable input/output ports that enable direct connections to the PLC from other components, such as push-buttons and light stacks.
