Montech AG: Updated TB30 and TB40 Belt Conveyors

Controlled with a touch panel, the updated TB30 and TB40 belt conveyors are more user friendly and efficient than previous models due to a new drive unit. They operate either alone or directed by parameter-driven control with a programmable logic controller. In stand-alone mode, the operator can control start/stop, speed, acceleration ramp, and belt direction. Further, a range of positioning parameters allows set up of a travel cycle with specific distances and intervals between each step and operation in either continuous or reversible modes. The touch panel includes a status overview of the drive, displaying values such as current, temperature and failure alerts, as well as a service page and an overview of all technical specifications.
