Omron Adept Technologies: Sysmac Delta robot series

Offered in four models—standard, extended reach, washdown and mini—the Sysmac Delta robot series by Omron Automation and Safety allows machine builders to add efficient pick-and-place capability to packaging and small parts assembly line projects.

Its single controller is capable of integrating machine control, motion, remote input/output, human/machine interface, safety, vision and robotics on one network, using one programming software.

Adding the robot to a machine boosts operator productivity to more than 100 picking operations per minute; the robot itself can achieve up to 200 cycles per minute, and can be synchronized with multiple conveyors to perform on-the-fly, pick-and-place operations.
