For efficient use of space in storing odd-shaped, non-packaged parts, a small-scale flow rack system from Creform is constructed of plastic-coated steel pipe and joints.

The smaller flow rack units fit within the cubes of heavy-duty storage racks, making them ideal for picking individual SKUs for kitting or parts sequencing operations.

The gravity flow racks guarantee first-in/first-out inventory picking, while low-friction, heavy-duty skate wheel conveyors create shallow flow lane angles suitable for either returnable totes or hard-bottom containers. The flow racks can stand alone or be tucked under pallet racks for high-density lower level storage.
