The Servus robotic goods-to-person shuttle system by Bastian Solutions for order fulfillment is based on the ARC3 intelligent, autonomous transport robot that handles items up to 110 pounds.
As an independent swarm robot, the ARC3 determines how to deliver its load to any required destination on the track by the shortest path possible at speeds up to 5.56 feet per second. Configurable to unique applications, the system can handle a range of products in cartons or boxes.
Features include anti-blocking, traction control and an energy recovery system. Integrated loading equipment allows for independent loading and unloading at any side of the track. Accessories include articulated robotic arms, hoppers and feeders, turning devices, custom part carriers or special fittings.
