The rail-guided bridge gantry robot by Reis Robotics handles a variety of manufacturing and mechanical processing tasks.
Its freely programmable work envelope measures 443 x 41 x 9.8 feet to accommodate arc, resistance and laser welding, as well as gluing and general processing.
All gantry axes and all installed robots function as an integrated unit for easy programming and operation. This enables precise, synchronized path control through all positioning sensors. Options include configuration with an additional axis or with modular construction.
