Hygienic, Solid-Deck Pallet Provides Unilateral Load Support

The hygienic, easy-to-clean and inspect Polymer Solutions’ ProStack solid deck pallet provides unilateral support across the full plane of its surface to fully support products through transport and storage.

Featuring a telescoping double leg that incorporates interlocking teeth, the pallet’s ratchet-style construction secures the top deck to the base to yield a connection three times stronger than welded or snap pallet construction.

This resists damage caused by forklift and pallet jack impacts. Measuring 40 x 48 x 6.3 inches, the pallet weighs 49 pounds and is rated for 30,000-pound static or 5,000-pound dynamic loads. Ideal for use in general industry, pharmaceutical, food processing, beverage and warehousing, the pallet is made from FDA-approved high density polyethylene (HDPE).
