The PowerTrac DT diagnostics tool bhy Power Designers monitors and logs materials handling vehicle performance over a short period of time to facilitate selection of the best battery/charging solution based on power study data.

Upon installation, the device records a vehicle’s ampere-hours (Ahr) used. This helps to determine how many batteries are needed, why batteries might not be lasting as long as they should, and whether opportunity- or fast-charging is a better fit for a given operation.

The plug-and-play device is easy to install and use with existing battery systems. Once disconnected, the data is stored in the unit’s non-volatile memory for access and analysis at a later date.
