The Ergonomic Pallet Return Device was designed around the need to stack pallets safely and squarely in an ASRS application.

The design was based on common complaints of very expensive repairs to cranes crashing into uneven pallet stacks on return lanes, caused by shifting pallets.

1. The Pallet Return Device’s Ergonomic Design helps reduce injuries from hand stacking heavy pallets on return lanes, thus reducing Workman’s Comp claims from lifting heavy pallets. The pivot point reduces pallet weight up to 50%.
2. The Pallet Return Device pallet cradle allows for the perfect stack of empty pallets for the crane or forklift to pick up. This helps avoid crane crashes from unruly stacks of pallets.
3. Improves morale and retention of team members by making a very physically demanding job easier because of the Ergonomic design.
4. The Pallet Return Device now uses an internally valved cylinder (designed and patented by CSF Inc.) which eliminates all plumbing that was previously externally mounted to the cylinder.
5. The Pallet Return Device can be used for white wood, plastic, CHEP and PECO pallets, as well as slave boards and can be designed to work with unusual pallet dimensions. It can be used in both crane and forklift applications and has effectively no limitations due to temperature.
