RWM Casters: 60D solid urethane wheels

To offer quiet operation and rolling ease, RWM’s 60D solid wheels are made high quality PTMEG polyurethane.

Ideal for in-plant assembly lines, tow lines or maintenance dollies, these non-marking wheels are impervious to grease, oil, chemicals and moisture. They also resist chunking, cutting and abrasive wear. The wheels are used in applications that need lower noise levels, improved floor protection, and where heavy loads and continuous use cause standard polyurethane wheels to heat up and degrade. Features include a robust metal bearing retaining sleeve that prevents premature bearing failure from high-speed, high-load applications.

Seven standard configurations are offered, with wheel diameters from 4 to 10 inches, and 2- and 3-inch widths. Capacities range from 700 to 3,000 pounds.
