Magnetic Lift-Assist devices minimize ergonomic strains for workers handling large, heavy parts in a repetitive manufacturing process.

The units feature permanent, on/off lift magnets controlled by a pneumatic actuator. In the event of a power loss, the device positively holds the load.

It picks up the part, rotates it 90 degrees, and releases it using pneumatic control.

For safety, the units feature two-button, grip proof-release operation to prevent unintended release of the part.
