ID Technology: LSI-9135 wrap labeling system

Due to tapered containers gradually narrowing in circumference on one end, labeling a container’s side can become problematic and cause labels to skew or wrinkle when applied.

The LSI-9135 inline bottle wrap labeling system, however, is able to quickly and easily label the difficult-to-handle tapered containers.

At a similar rate of labeling efficiency as the LSI-9130, it can accurately apply labels on standard and tapered round containers at speeds up to 60 containers per minute.

This is accomplished by using a unique vacuum wrap belt which gently applies the labels around the products, while a dual wiping mechanism ensures the labels are firmly secured.

Within the same system, a second labeling station can be incorporated to apply a label into the recessed lid of the package. This eliminates the need for a second labeling application area.
