Vehicles include a laser-directed automatic guided vehicle tugger and a low-profile, tunneling automated guided cart towing an AutoFlow dolly—loaded with kits, custom parts, or assemblies—along an assigned path for order picking, kitting, parts replenishment, or recycling and waste collection. The dollies’ modular platform accepts interchangeable attachments for flow racks, powered conveyors and ergonomic positioning devices.
The AGVs follow easy-to-install magnetic tape for guidance that can be moved, added to or removed quickly without floor or building modifications. Alternatively, they can be outfitted with laser-guidance systems for navigation.
