Leine & Linde: Leine & Linde Encoders with Integrated EtherNet/ IP

A new line of heavy-duty Leine & Linde encoders with integrated EtherNet/ IP provide motion feedback for automatic guided vehicles. The encoders mea¬sure and communicate position, speed and acceleration all in one cycle with cycle times as fast as 1 millisecond.

For simplified commissioning, the encoders offer automatic addressing, receiving and configuring of offset or set limit values, or scale measurement values without needing to open the device. Ideal for harsh environments, the encoders can withstand high vibration, dirt and cold temperatures.

The 900 series supports incremental outputs for high performance drive applications; for compact applications, the 600 series offers a choice of anodized aluminum or stainless steel housing, and hollow and solid shaft configurations.
