For improved productivity and efficiency in continuous-duty applications, the Kinetix VPC servo motor from Rockwell Automation enables machines to run at higher speeds and higher torque, boosting throughput.

Its interior, permanent magnets allow for field weakening, which reduces electromagnetic resistance so a machine can carry loads continuously and well above motor-rated speeds.

This enables lines and winders to run at high speeds and constant power. Other highlights include a cooling fan and cooling fins, and encoder options with improved resolution and accuracy to provide more precise and responsive control. The unit can be either foot- or flange-mounted.
