Simple and affordable, the JayBoT automatic guided vehicle is ideal for mid-sized applications currently using manual lift trucks, requiring one to four vehicles, and just starting to automate. All intelligence and key decision-making capabilities are directly on the vehicle to reduce installation complexity and cost. The vehicles communicate directly with one another when necessary, eliminating the need for a system manager. The on-board intelligence and navigation sensors allow the AGV to navigate within the natural environment without installation of reflectors, magnets or wires within the plant.
