The palletizer’s smaller footprint is associated with its dual hoist format, especially if it’s combined with a roller style Layer Stripper Apron. The palletizer provides accurate and fast machine movements, due to each of its hoists’ movements and positioning, which are numerically controlled with servo technology and can be installed and programmed easily.
Flexible, the FLD2500 can palletize practically any package, from film-only bundles and plastic totes, to RPCs and unwrapped trays.

The FLD2500 utilizes a dual hoist concept and an electric overhead row pusher.
The dual hoist format when combined with a roller style layer stripper apron, allows the footprint to be reduced significantly (40%) over Floor Level palletizers with similar throughput capacity. This configuration allows for faster and more accurate machine movements leading to greater throughput and easier set up and programmability.
