Rugged and robust, the DL-Axist handheld computer by Datalogic runs the Android operating system and incorporates a Corning Gorilla Glass full-touch, 5-inch high-definition display and 2D imager.

It includes the supplier’s proprietary SoftSpot technology, a user-definable floating soft trigger that can be located at the most comfortable position anywhere on the touch display to activate a choice of functions.

Other highlights include MIMO technology for extensive indoor throughput and coverage from its Cisco CCXv4 certified 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi radio; 3G/4G cellular radio for outdoor voice and data communication; an IP67 rating; and a 6-foot drop to concrete rating with a rubber boot for additional protection.
