All plastic, fully reusable and recyclable at the end of its useful life, the new 600x400 Mini-Load ML6040-325 multi-compartment tote by Orbis Corporation interfaces with automated storage and retrieval systems and shuttle systems.
It is offered in two styles: with a divider to create storage cells, or with drop-in, removable pods. Dual-sided, the molded dividers fit into the container grid bottom to create as many as eight cells that fit a range of parts shapes and sizes. Alternately, four to eight removable pods can be inserted, allowing workers to replenish the tote by replacing an empty pod with a full one without having to remove individual parts.
Other features include contoured handles, a reinforced bottom to minimize deflection, and drain holes in the sidewalls and on the bottom for flow-through cleaning.
