Crown Equipment Company Profile

Sit-down counterbalanced forklift for multiple warehouse uses

The 5200 series of sit-down counterbalanced forklifts is able to move in and out of trailers, perform dock and ramp work, and handle loads from staging and transporting to put away. The three-wheel vehicles lift up to 4,000 pounds and work in limited spaces such as 10-foot aisles. A choice of 36- or 48-volt AC systems is offered. Standard features include integrated AC traction and hydraulic systems that increase productivity with efficient power use, on-demand steering to lower noise levels, a single hydraulic motor and fast lift speeds. To resist bending and twisting, the vehicle is equipped with 0.75-inch steel plate frame and I-beam mast rails. Comprehensive system control provides on-board intelligence to monitor and direct all systems based on the operating environment.
