JLT Mobile Computers (Booth 2732) is demonstrating its new JLT6012 logistics computer at Modex, where the product is making its North American debut. According to Eric Miller, CEO, the JLT6012 presents “a major step change” in rugged computing. Featuring a compact design, modern Windows, Android or Linux operating systems, and the user-friendly JLT PowerTouch PCT technology, the computer “takes user productivity to new levels,” he said.

The product also provides features that make users’ workdays easier, such as quick-and-easy login and identification with RFID-tags; high-brightness displays with adjustable auto-dimming for indoor and outdoor usage; and easily accessed programmable function buttons that accelerate common user operations.

Miller said the new JLT6012 computer complements the company’s existing line of rugged mobile computers and provides options for a range of use models in the logistics and heavy-duty industry segments.
