The demands on tyre building machines are correspondingly high; the machines are becoming more and more complex but shouldn’t occupy more production space. At its trade fair booth, Beckhoff Automation will present the solution: On the one hand, the PC-based control technology offers maximum functionality by running PLC, motion, measurement and process technology in software. On the other hand, Beckhoff is consistently working on the development of components that offer scalable performance with minimum footprint.
