The Beacon World Class Products BHUE Series Hydraulic Upender increases stability for tilting and manipulating product while reducing damage and injuries. The Upender is designed to tilt loads safely up to 90 degrees.
Tilting weight capacity of the standard models are available ranging from 2,000 to 12,000 lbs. Standard tilt models range from a lowered height of 10 inches to a raised height of 18 inches. Platform standard widths range from 24 inches to 48 inches wide and from 36 inches to 72 inches long. The platform size should be specified when ordering. To keep the warranty valid you cannot cantilever the geometric ratio weight beyond the center of gravity. All units are quoted with an evenly distributed load capacity within its deck size. Special hydraulic models are available with capacities above 12,000 pounds. The special heavy capacity units greater than 12,000 pounds will include redesign and engineering time, heavier capacity hydraulic cylinders, thicker deck, redefined substructure and clevises points.
The unit is powered by an internally mounted 1-1/2 Hp 230 Vac, 1 Ph., 60 Hz or 208/230/460 Vac, 3 Ph., 60 Hz intermittent duty TENV super torque motor or 3 Hp 208/230/460 Vac, 3 Ph., 60 Hz continuous duty TENV motor. Please specify required voltage when ordering.
Hydraulics include double acting hydraulic cylinders, internal high pressure gear pump with manifold mounted check valve, relief valve, pressure compensated flow control valve, solenoid valve, suction and return filters.
Depending on size the Upenders can either be mounted on scissor lifts or used as a free standing upender anchored to the concrete floor.
