Creform Corporation: ESD Workstation/Flow Rack

Offering multiple configuration options—including mobile or stationary and stand-up or sit-down—a new electrostatic dissipative workstation is constructed of modular components.

The unit includes a 0.5-inch plastic work surface for parts, supplies, tools and paperwork. Above that work surface is a flat pipe that holds a power strip and clip-on plastic bins.

A drawer below pulls out for keyboard and storage access. For illumination, the workstation houses a 4-foot LED light. Secured to the base of the unit is an ergonomic positioning system (either manual or push-button operation) that consists of four hydraulic cylinders capable of lifting loads up to 1,000 pounds.

This allows various work surface height and the top portion of the workstation to be optimized for the ergonomics for each worker.
