Fetch’s CartConnect500 is an autonomous transport solution for large payloads within manufacturing, distribution and fulfillment.

Fetch’s CartConnect500 is an autonomous transport solution for large payloads within manufacturing, distribution and fulfillment. Designed to reduce reliance on pallet jacks and forklifts for material transport, the CC500 transports goods, totes, boxes, and smaller palletized loads up to 500 lbs within facilities. With Fetch’s powerful cloud-based software, customers can take full control of robot operations, enable on-demand automation throughout facilities and modify workflows on demand.

The CC500 is a self-loading, end-to-end solution created to autonomously pick up and transport heavy objects. It features the Freight500 robot base with built-in obstacle avoidance, and a built-in lift module to pick up and drop off FetchCarts, which are industrial-grade, detachable carts designed for the CartConnect500. With its unique markers located on the legs of each cart, the CC500 creates a seamless system with precision docking during pick-up and drop-offs. The design is versatile in that any cart can be used that meets Fetch’s specifications, allowing distribution centers the ability to utilize carts already located at their facilities. For facilities interested in Fetch’s carts, the design is flexible in that they can be customized on a case by case basis.

The CC500 is the latest addition to Fetch’s CartConnect line of AMRs, the industry’s first and only autonomous cart transport solution for various payloads. The CartConnect500 was built specifically for dynamic warehouse environments, meeting warehouse and distribution centers’ needs for a variety of workflows like lineside and workcell delivery, recycle and trash removal, case picking and more.
