The Beacon World Class Products BMLT Series Hydraulic Lift Table is a solution for safely managing lifting requirements up to 30,000 pounds. This heavy-duty Hydraulic Lift Table is designed as an electro-hydraulic unit that features a smooth heavy-duty steel platform.
Lifting weight capacities range from 15,000 to 30,000 pounds. Deck platforms range from 48 x 60 inches up to 72 x 132 inches depending on the model. The standard unit comes with straight toe guards for surface mount applications. If the unit is a pit mount application the unit will need tapered toe guards and will have a platform range available from 56 x 68 inches up to 72 x 132 inches. Optional straight toe guards with electric toe guard tape switch are available which requires an additional 4 inches of width and length added to the platform size. Lowered height ranges from 16 inches to 20 inches depending on capacity of the unit. Overall raised heights can range from 46 inches to 92 inches with the availability to stop the raised height at a predetermined point by the standard Limit switch.
Externally mounted motor / high pressure gear pump / reservoir power unit with 5 HP, 230 / 460 Vac, 3 Ph., 60 Hz., other voltages are available upon request. Optional Air (Rotary Air / Oil or Reciprocating Air / Oil) is available. Nema 4X constant pressure water tight, dust tight and corrosion resistant “Up – Down” push button control station with a 20-foot heavy duty coil cord and hanger bracket. Nema 12 prewired control box (dust / drip tight industrial type) with liquid tight electrical connectors. Control box contains magnetic starter, control transformer, thermal overload and fuses. All controller components are UL and / or CSA approved.
